Requirements:
—  Understanding and knowledge of IT market in Ukraine
—  Experience from 6 months in IT-recruiting
—  Knowledge of direct search techniques and recruiting/ sourcing tools
—  Effective time management skills, ability to set priorities, ability to take responsibilities seriously
—  Result oriented and open minded person
—  English — Intermediate or higher (written/spoken)
—  Social activity on Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

Personal qualities of character and soft-skills:
— courtesy, kindness, punctuality, honesty, responsibility, sense of humor, quick reaction;
— understanding human psychology and adapting co-workers to a new team and company.

Duties:
—  Build relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talent and supply of qualified candidates.
—  Communicate with applicants regarding current/new job opportunities and keep contact with them.
—  Interact with hot/potential candidates and keep contact with pool for quick reaction in case of priority request.
—  Draft and send recruiting emails.
—  Pre-screen and interview candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements.
—  Conduct the full recruiting cycle (communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all interview stages etc.)
—  Support the database of candidates.
